This 12cm diameter heavy duty frying pan has a Teflon® platinum non-stick interior. It is an ideal size for frying single eggs, blinis or scotch pancakes. It has been manufactured from 3mm thick aluminium for an efficient, even heat distribution. The flat steel handles are riveted to the pan for extra strength, making the frypan suitable for use on the hob and in the oven. Please note: this frypan is NOT suitable for induction hobs.
