Set of 4 flexible colour coded cutting mats. Colour coding, if used correctly, prevents any cross contamination of bacteria whilst preparing and cooking food. The set contains chopping boards for meat (red), poultry (yellow), fish (blue), and fruit/veg (green). The flexible design allows easy transfer of food from chopping board to saucepan. Each board is 30cm x 38cm.
